Delete your Readglot account

In the app

1. Open Readglot and go to Settings › Account & more.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You need an internet connection. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.

Without the app

Email support@readglot.com from the address of your Apple or Google account (or tell us which account you used to sign in). We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identities (we also revoke Sign in with Apple access).
• Your book list, reading positions, bookmarks and dictionaries stored on our server.

What is kept

• Technical usage records of translation requests (time, model, token counts, cost — no text), unlinked from you, for cost accounting.
• Encrypted database backups roll over within about 8 weeks.
• Book files on your device and in your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive — remove them yourself if you wish.
• Store subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings.
